Help with BloomComponent on Windows 8

Hi community,
I tried used BloomComponent in Windows 8 project (NeonShooter from monogame samples) and it does not work properly, the result on screen http://clip2net.com/s/3cxAlJk but when i disabled component - everything ok http://clip2net.com/s/3cxAYi5

And that’s just on a Windows 8. Somebody faced such problem or know how to solve it?

Doesn’t anyone use bloom/blur shaders in games for Windows 8?
