When trying to use a template in rider to create an application on directx or opengl, the message “Target frameworks not found on the machine” appears in rider
It seems Rider 2020 is needed for .netcoreapp3.1 templates: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RIDER-38619
Doesn’t matter, you need newer Rider.
2020.2 EAP 9 is the latest, the link in the first post specifies that you need 2020.2 EAP 1+
