I installed visual studio 2019 and I downloaded monogame but I can’t get monogame to install on VS 2019. It doesn’t appear on the list, what can I do?

At the moment not much. try installing visual studio 2017
Install Monogame as normal even though there’s no option for VS 2019.
Then install the Monogame VS templates from here (zip file towards the bottom of the thread):
You should be good to go after that.
You need to build your project in VS17 before it will open in VS19
