Although we’ve not heard back from @emiswelt, another person has confirmed that the recent fix by @daveleaver also fixes the texture reload issue they were having: Android onResume doesn't seem to resume content
I’m now officially eating my words. Seems Dave’s change fixed the problem rather than introduced it
