If you are asking if a game can run in the browser I think its possible and I would look at the documentation and other posts in the forum.
If you are asking if the development environment can be used in the browser I’m 99% sure it can’t. I think there probably are other browser based development tools kicking around but I don’t know any off the top of my head.
I don’t know anything about a chromebook, but if it’s just webpages, maybe this will help?
