New nightly build: Dec. 17th, 2017

This build’s all about optimizing the game and its engine. I’m still working on some stuff, namely culling, but most of it is complete. I’m proud of this build since it’s the first time I’ve played a game built off this codebase in years that my CPU isn’t constantly screaming like a banshee trying to run it.
