Hexagonal Maps – Part III: Selecting A Tile\Hexagon

I have published a new article detailing the next phase of my development for a strategy game with hexagonal maps. This new article describes a non-mathematical way of implementing hexagon tile selection from the screen display.

Despite the effort to promote a concept for an alternative form of such a design, the article is still rather complex. Please, if anyone has any comments or suggestions as to what may need better clarification, please let me know either on this thread or at my email address provided at the end of the article.
