Another Monogame specific book is:
Learning C# by Programming Games 2nd ed. 2019 Edition
The 2nd edition is based around monogame 3.6; the first edition is based around XNA.

Is the print book in colour?

My physical copy is in black and white and some of the screenshots don’t look very good. That’s a bummer.
