BUG: Windows key gets "stuck down" after opening Windows GameBar

Not sure if this is the correct place to report bugs, but this seems to be a bug in MonoGame 3.8.

After invoking the Windows GameBar with Win+G, then clicking back on the game window, Input.Keyboard continues to report the Windows key as being pressed.

The only way to clear it is to switch away from the game window and back again.
