Can't download GTK# (link is broken)

I’m trying to start an Android monogame project but I found out I need to download something for visual studio by Xamarin, but whenever the installer tries to download the GTK# installer it fails, and manually downloading it doesn’t work either.

I’ve tried Internet explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox. All stop at around 80% or higher. Is there anything I can do about this?

If you can’t download it it’s due to your internet.

I don’t know what’s wrong with my net, my android phone was able to download it fine. I’m having the same issue with the visual studio part of the installer as well. I’ll try tethering to my computer, hopefully it works. Thanks
