Compatibility with VS2010 and Windows 8

Hi Friends,

I have windows 8 and using monogame in visual studio 2010. And I am about to start programing in that. So my question is, will monogame work well in this situation??

MonoGame works fine with VS2010.

However if you want to create Windows Store apps or Windows Phone 8 games you need to move up to at least VS2012.
