I noticed that when I have Steam open and my controller is recognized by Steam (indicated by the applied profile notification), my controller input in my MG game doesn’t work anymore. The controller I’m using is the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.
Currently, I’m launching my game from my IDE. I have not tested launching the game from Steam. But I doubt it’s different, because Steam also recognizes the .exe when being launched from within the IDE.
Do I have to fetch the controller input with Steamworks.NET somehow?
This is real issue and I have not found anyone with similiar problems/helpful links.
