Does MonoGame Android Project Templates run on Visual Studio Express 2013?

I am having this error when creating MonoGame Android project which says

The Project File … cannot be opened.

There is a missing subtype: ‘{EFBA0AD7-57A2-4C68-AF49-83D382785DCF}’ is unsupported by this installation.

Any ideas?

You need Xamarin for that.

I’ve realized that as well. Is Xamarin for Android free? I can’t even add on my VS since it express. I think I need to buy them both.

No, it isn’t. There is a free version but AFAIK it won’t work with MonoGame.
