Explorer exe crashing when using a shader?

Has anyone have this problem that when you just run a simple shader the explorer.exe crash?

I am just using a simple HLSL shader. but everytime I run it my explorer crash. I tried it on XNA and things go okay…

I am using windows 8 and vs2015.

EDIT: the shader works on XNA but keeps on crashing on monogame
anyone?

Nevermind. I found out that I was running on fullscreen then I got an error.
