It may be related to your shader level which may be too high for some users, but my answer is limited by the little informations we have for now. It is a common “mistake” when distributing a game.
Sometimes there is the guilty line of code lower in this error window.
Oh okay, thanks a bunch, I actually got someone to provide me with a full error, but apparently they get two one after the other. All my shaders do use Shader Model 5, which is probably stupid of me, but I’m embarrassingly uneducated in shaders.
