I cannot find anywhere what are the minimum Hardware Requirements to run MonoGame 3.6 DesktopGL project.
I found that few people have had the same question but they haven’t been answered.
So, what versions of OpenGL and OpenAL are required, are there any other requirements?
MG DesktopGL requires at least OpenGL 2.0 and support for framebuffers.
It also depends on SDL and OpenAL Soft (both included in templates) and of course a .Net runtime. For Mac and Linux you can use MonoKickstart to include a Mono runtime for shipping so users don’t have to install it. Windows has a .Net runtime installed by default.
