I have a problem about MGCB.exe

Hello, my problem is that when I try to run the project, even if it is empty, I get the following error:

Then, when I tried to run “MGCB.exe” I got the error that the file version is not compatible with my Windows version.

What I can do to correct this?

I am not very knowledgable about MonoGame, but it will definitely help others provide feedback if you include information about the exact version of MonoGame and Windows that you are using.
