I am sure this is me doing something wrong. I am trying to get the XNA racing start kit ported to monogame. The issue I have is the car.x model has several custom .fx files in it but the content pipeline does not bring these across it set it to a basic effect class. Surely this should be set to the require fx file
I read somewhere that *.x files were not the best choice nowadays and not perfectly handled by monogame.
However, I dunno about monogame supporting models with included effects
