MGCB how to correctly convert .fbx and .spritefont to .xnb

I have previously converted my .spritefont and .fbx to .xnb with XNAcontent project. Now i want to use MGCB and i can’t convert fonts or .fbx’s properly. Font is being drawn really weird, it looks like pixelated zeroes “0000000000” and the .fbx model is not being drawn at all. What settings should i change ?
