I’ve been making my survival game since may 2021 (started in Python, ported to MonoGame in september 2021).
The core gameplay is more or less complete now and the game is playable (but is missing the end goal).
The game features:
- procedurally generated island
- living flora and fauna (plants growing, animals eating and breeding, etc.)
- day-and-night cycle
- multiple characters with different abilities / stats
- tools and weapons
- crafting
- cooking
- potion making
- treasure hunting
