Spritefont template missing

Good evening. I am sure this will be an easy fix but I have VERY little experience with XNA and none with MG. I have just upgraded to Windows 10 and also VS 2015 Community. I am trying to follow a tutorial, http://rbwhitaker.wikidot.com/monogame-drawing-text-with-spritefonts, but when I right click the content folder as instructed, and select “Add New Item”, no spritefont template opens as in the tutorial. I get a long list of options to select from which vary depending on which category I look under, but never the panel with Sprite Font or Effect File. This is the way it works in VS 2013. In VS 2015, I don’t even see an Xna category when trying to add a new item. Any help offered would be greatly appreciated as I am very new to game programming in general. Thanks in advance.

They constantly changing stuff, related to content. Check documentation for that. In short, you should use Content.mgcb file in your Content folder for working with conversions to .xnb and fonts and stuff
