teamcity.monogame.net is offline

I’m having problems between VS2017 and Monogame 3.6.

I am trying to access the link teamcity.monogame.net to download a version of development superior to 3.6 to begin the development of a project but I only found newer versions in the link teamcity.monogame.net however it is the days offline.

Is there any forecast to return or explanation for this problem?

I am having the same problem, cannot reach the development version. The release version of 3.6 installs but does not put any templates into Visual Studio 2017.
