I created the default project, press ctrl+b, and the project is not being built. VS Stuck on the build. Please tell me what I’m missing

eureka! the package was downloaded for a long time “dotnet-mgcb”.
the package is being downloaded in hidden mode, I didn’t know that. therefore, I thought that the process was hanging.
after a long wait, the package was downloaded. after that, everything worked.
