Using Windows UAP Project and SoundEffectInstance my sound effect is always coming from the top left.

Seems like when I play a sound effect using SoundEffectInstance or just plain SoundEffect, depending on where my mouse is when I play the effect it is louder.

If I play the effect when my mouse is at 0,0 (Top Left) it is loudest, and I can not hear it at all by the time I get to the (Bottom Right).

This happens if I set AudioListener, AudioEmitter and Audio3D or not.

Hoping someone has noticed this behavior and can shed some light on what the problem might be.
