VS community 2013 will it work with monogame templates

as the title states will the free VS community 2013 work with monogame ?

ie will the templates install

I’m using VS 2013 Community free edition, plus the development branch build as of about three nights ago - templates appear to be working fine for Universal Apps (Windows/WinPhone 8.1), but no WinPhone 8 yet…
