What is the best approach to playing Video (with Audio) MP4 that will work on Linux?

The videos are 320x240, so I want to play them on part of the screen (not full screen).

Needs to have audio played with it.

When I go to play the video, I get the error:

Unable to load a shared library ‘libavformat.so.59’ or one of it’s dependencies.

I’ve added the Nuget Package for Sdcb.FFmpeg 5.1.2

I can use ffplay on the video on the Raspberry Pi and it plays fine.
