Xact - Sound replaced by next instance when using Pitch Variation

Hi there!

I just ported our game from XNA over to Monogame - Desktop GL, and I am pretty delighted with the result. Actually everythings works great, except when I try playing many instances of a sound from Xact that has pitch variations enabled. Every next instance replaces the previous.

This sounds quite funny for explosions and reminds of games from the 80s where there was only one or two channels available for sfx playback. :slight_smile: Sadly, it’s not what I’m aiming for, though.

I see XACT support has become much better over the last year. Is the issue I am describing already scheduled for fixing? And is it really an issue in the first place, or am I doing something wrong?
