Can I build/test an iOS game without a Mac?

Can I use MonoGame to build/test an iOS game without a Mac?
I need to demo an iOS game for my university senior project.

Seriously you got an assignment with no basic instructions

You need an Apple computer to do this. Its not a monogame restriction i think you need a Apple to develop for Apple regardles. Its a Apple thing.

What is necessary for iOS dev?

I read I would need a Mac on the network to be able to develop for iOS. Since I don’t own products from Apple , what is recommended to buy? And what about OpenGL support? Does it still make sense to support this platform for mobile? I am asking because I consider adding iOS as a target platform since MG does support it.
