Game Flickering

So this is a tough one because I’ve not experienced the problem myself but I just had a user post about their game flickering when in fullscreen mode.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this or how I might go about helping them? It’s the first time anyone has ever reported this to me, they say they are on Windows 10 with the latest Nvidia drivers.

Is your app using OpenGL or DirectX ?
Would it be a problem with vsync/fixedtimestep…etc ?

I do have vsync enabled but I don’t know why it would only effect one person if that were an issue. And the game is OpenGL

Maybe this person has forced vsync off in its drivers?
