How to install Monogame templates in Xamairin Studio (Mac)

I use a macBook Pro . I downloaded and compiled monogame for MacOs.

I use Xamarin Studio and i am trying to find where the monogames templates are to install them
The link http://monogame.codeplex.com/releases/view/102870 that forums refer to that is supposed to host the templates is dead.

Any help where can i find these templates ?
