Pixel Shaders: How I added them to Iota Persei (space exploration game)

Hi all, I’ve been using Monogame for my space exploration game, Iota Persei, and I recently added custom shaders to the game.

I thought that I would share my (positive) experiences in an article - because there were a few fiddly bits that maybe other first-time-users will also hit, and maybe the article will help.
